Privacy policy
airporika.gr respects the privacy of its visitors. This page explains what information is collected when you use the website and how you can control it.
Who is responsible
airporika.gr is an independent travel guide run from Athens, Greece. For any question about your data, contact us at hello@airporika.gr.
What we collect
You do not need an account, and we do not collect names or contact details unless you send us a message. Timetable searches and calculations run on your own device. Our hosting provider records technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
If you write to us through the contact form, your name, email and message are used only to reply to you and are not shared with anyone else.
Cookies
The first time you visit, a message asks about cookies. You can choose "Accept all" or "Only necessary", and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
- Necessary: the apt_consent cookie remembers your choice for 6 months. It contains no personal data.
- Statistics (only if you accept): Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies to count anonymously how many people visit and which pages they read. They are kept for up to 2 years.
- Advertising (only if you accept): if Google ads are shown in the future, they will use cookies only with your consent.
If you choose "Only necessary", Google receives only anonymous signals without cookies (Google Consent Mode). More on Google's page.
Links to other websites
Some links lead to airlines, transport operators or partners. Some are partner links: if you book through them, airporika.gr may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you open such a link, the partner's website may use its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. For any request, contact us at hello@airporika.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
